He is very straight forward and will not misrepresent the price, vehicle, sales, finance, and service departments. Jack will always make time for his customers before, during and after the sale. Jack even stayed after the dealership had closed to take care of us on one occasion. Jack is not only a salesman, but he will treat you like a friend. He makes the experience of purchasing a car less stressful than other salesmen at other dealerships we have dealt with in the past before making this Ford dealership the only one we will purchase from.
