I called on Friday to confirm they still had the car and they said they did. On Saturday morning they called me to confirm I was still coming over I said I was. They also confirmed that they would hold the keys and have it ready for me to look at as soon as I got there at 4:00. Just to be sure I called AGAIN as I was getting on the highway to confirm it was set aside and was still there, they said yes. Once I arrived they told me someone else just bought the car after I just drove 2 hour one way with my wife and 2 children. The manager told me I should have put a deposit down if I wanted them to hold it for me. Not once was that brought up before hand, in fact, they said they Keys would be in their pocket so NO one else could even look at it. Don’t waste your time going here, like I wasted 4 hours of my family’s! More

BAIT AND SWITCH Went to Helms motors in Hollywood Fl.Was suppose to talk to someone named Gustavo about a Ford Fusion and a Nissan Altima.They had Eddy help me and we Went to Helms motors in Hollywood Fl.Was suppose to talk to someone named Gustavo about a Ford Fusion and a Nissan Altima.They had Eddy help me and we saw the Altima it had problems so we looked at the Fusion and they had 2 that were the same year one black and one silver.We went with the black came back the next day and they told us when they cleaned the engine it had water so it wouldn't be ready to sell but the silver one was.I had given Eddy my true car papers for the price out the door of 9776.He charged me that plus added on another dealers fee of 699 which was already included in the total price of the car,the true car price was 9177. He couldn't find my print outs and kept showing me the price on the company's web site and he and another guy who does the financing said there is no way they could offer that car for lower price because they weren't making money selling it to me at this low price. Bought the car drove it back to Texas and when I got home I found the email and sent it to Eddy and asked him if he was going to honor the True car price they quoted me he said he would ask his boss but I never heard anything else from him.
