2012 Fusion 30K Oil Change Brought and have our Fords serviced at Halderman. Service typically excellent. Rating for this this service experience is average (other may have give a lower rating). Reason: normally I don't check the vehicle report card but with the work that was done, I decided to check. Findings: brake reservoir was low (at or below minimum level) where vehicle report card said OK. I can live with low window washer fluid but brake fluid is something else. I did not bring vehicle back due to the low brake fluid level but luckily I had brake fluid at home to add to the reservoir. I've been checking the level since and all appears ok. My comment: service items with caps and dipsticks should be manually inspected for fluid levels. Low level floats can stick and plastic reservoirs can give false levels due to staining. More

Kept Edge overnight not a problem found Have Edge exactly 1 year to date and battery died. Dropped off at dealer , kept vehicle overnight, without loaner.
