Great used truck experience Bryan Wheeler was my salesman. He really went above and beyond what I expected! I planned to buy a certain truck and after a test drive we worked out Bryan Wheeler was my salesman. He really went above and beyond what I expected! I planned to buy a certain truck and after a test drive we worked out a deal to fix something. When I came back to pay, I realized my child seat didn't fit in the back of the cab. Bryan was very helpful, we tried to fit the seat, and he looked up forums to see what we were missing. Bottom line- I couldn't buy the truck and safely fit the seat- he totally understood and helped me find another one with similar price point!! After all we went through with the first truck, he didn't get the least bit irritated- I was embarrassed and didn't want to look like I was wasting his time. Great used car/ truck experience! More

Awesome Sales Experience So... I broke down on the NJ Turnpike after picking up my daughter at JFK - not fun since I was 2 hours away from home. I had my oil changed the day So... I broke down on the NJ Turnpike after picking up my daughter at JFK - not fun since I was 2 hours away from home. I had my oil changed the day before and apparently they messed something up and my engine lost oil and from the garage report, a piston blew and went through my block and it would be lots of money to repair, so basically the only option I had at this time was to buy a car which I completely dreaded the thought . I always hated the process of buying a car – decision making to final drive away - but I had no other choice at this moment. I looked up some car dealers in the area and picked Haldeman Ford to go to since it was just a little ways away and they seemed to have a good selection of cars that I saw online. We were greeted by Tom Korenz and I told my story to him. Right from the beginning, he was so wonderful. I could tell that he felt badly for our situation and talked a little to me before starting the car buying process. He asked me my price range, what I liked in a car and various other questions to make sure that he could show me the right cars. We walked out into the lot and looked at a few cars in my price range. I picked out 3 cars and test drove them and made my selection. Tom took care of everything else. I know that there is a lot that goes into buying a car from the financing to finally getting my keys and driving away. My daughter and I just sat in his office drinking coffee while he did all the behind the scenes work. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Tom to walk you hand in hand through this process without any pressure. More
