New Car I recently returned my lease car in because the lease was up. Great experience online and in person I decided that the end of the year was the time for me to replace my car. When I submitted a few requests for quotes online I heard from all the dealers promptly via email. Courtney at Haldeman in Hamilton and Norman at Haldeman in East Windsor both called me directly. Since I'm in East Windsor I spoke to Norman and explained my situation (was traveling for holidays but would be at dealership on 12/31.) Norman got the process started and talked to me a few times to set things up for my visit on 12/31. He put me in touch with Ken, the general manager who was handling aspects of the trade in and such. They got the vehicle I had seen and put it aside for me on the lot after I gave a deposit. When I went in on 12/31 I worked with Pete Snyder who did my test drive and all the paperwork. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish and much less stressful than previous car buying experiences I've had in the past. It still took a while to go through all the paperwork and such but there was no drawn out haggling or anything else folks may dread about car buying! I really appreciated Norman'Norman's prompt outreach, Ken'Ken's help getting the vehicle set aside, and Pete taking care of me when I came in. I have had the car for a few weeks and Pete has reached out to see how things are going. Good people at Haldeman, and I definitely recommend them! More

I was contacted by Howard and he had the vehicle I was looking at transferred to his location. I drove from Maryland to New Jersey and the vehicle was there as promised and it looked great. After test driving the vehicle, we began negotiations. Howard and his team were wonderful. I let them know my budget and they met it. Both sides were happy wit the deal.
