New Car I recently returned my lease car in because the lease was up. Great experience online and in person I decided that the end of the year was the time for me to replace my car. When I submitted a few requests for quotes online I heard from all the dealers promptly via email. Courtney at Haldeman in Hamilton and Norman at Haldeman in East Windsor both called me directly. Since I'm in East Windsor I spoke to Norman and explained my situation (was traveling for holidays but would be at dealership on 12/31.) Norman got the process started and talked to me a few times to set things up for my visit on 12/31. He put me in touch with Ken, the general manager who was handling aspects of the trade in and such. They got the vehicle I had seen and put it aside for me on the lot after I gave a deposit. When I went in on 12/31 I worked with Pete Snyder who did my test drive and all the paperwork. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish and much less stressful than previous car buying experiences I've had in the past. It still took a while to go through all the paperwork and such but there was no drawn out haggling or anything else folks may dread about car buying! I really appreciated Norman'Norman's prompt outreach, Ken'Ken's help getting the vehicle set aside, and Pete taking care of me when I came in. I have had the car for a few weeks and Pete has reached out to see how things are going. Good people at Haldeman, and I definitely recommend them! More

After test driving the vehicle, we began negotiations. Howard and his team were wonderful. I let them know my budget and they met it. Both sides were happy wit the deal. The guys there are casual but professional, personal and friendly but respectful, and kind and honestly concerned about your needs. I recently embarked on a search for a very specific used car- a 2011 or 20122 Hyundai Sonata. I feel that there was no other car on the market which could meet my needs as far as features, size, budget, comfort, styling, reliability, and performance. So I had a very specific goal and knew the car extremely well. I drove no less than 7 different examples at 5 different dealers. Three of these were at Haldeman Ford of East Windsor. Anthony, the sales associate who helped me, greeted me professionally every time, never made me feel as if I was not worth his effort, and stood outside patiently, whether in snow, rain, or cold. He answered every question carefully and courteously, ad truly made me feel welcome at his place of business. The dealership arranged for two cars to be brought from another location, allowed me to drive both in a leisurely manner, and remained unfailingly courteous, to a person, when I informed them that another car I was looking at, at another dealership, was probably going to win out due to the fact that the dealer had been holding it for a long time due to an unusual circumstance and was really (and I mean really) blowing it out. I stress this because Haldeman's offers on the cars I looked at were not unfair- and the cars were superb and very clean examples (like every used car I looked at on their clean, well-organized lot). I sincerely believe that the Haldeman group of dealers has a genuine gem in this crew- and if the deal I eventually got on my Sonata had not been an absolute steal, I would definitely have driven one of their cars home. I hope Haldeman knows a good thing when they see it, and that they let the entire crew at the East Windsor location know how much their efforts were appreciated. I'll be back. More
