I did not buy a car here...BUT I will someday Haldeman Ford's East Windsor location has a small-town, classic America feel. I recently embarked on a search for a very specific used car- a 2011 or 20122 Hyundai Sonata. I feel that there was no other car on the market which could meet my needs as far as features, size, budget, comfort, styling, reliability, and performance. So I had a very specific goal and knew the car extremely well. I drove no less than 7 different examples at 5 different dealers. Three of these were at Haldeman Ford of East Windsor. Anthony, the sales associate who helped me, greeted me professionally every time, never made me feel as if I was not worth his effort, and stood outside patiently, whether in snow, rain, or cold. He answered every question carefully and courteously, ad truly made me feel welcome at his place of business. The dealership arranged for two cars to be brought from another location, allowed me to drive both in a leisurely manner, and remained unfailingly courteous, to a person, when I informed them that another car I was looking at, at another dealership, was probably going to win out due to the fact that the dealer had been holding it for a long time due to an unusual circumstance and was really (and I mean really) blowing it out. I stress this because Haldeman's offers on the cars I looked at were not unfair- and the cars were superb and very clean examples (like every used car I looked at on their clean, well-organized lot). I sincerely believe that the Haldeman group of dealers has a genuine gem in this crew- and if the deal I eventually got on my Sonata had not been an absolute steal, I would definitely have driven one of their cars home. I hope Haldeman knows a good thing when they see it, and that they let the entire crew at the East Windsor location know how much their efforts were appreciated. I'll be back. More
