Drivers window intermittently wouldn't go down Problem fixed just they don't have parts in stock had 2 rent a vehicle for 2 days - if parts in stock only 1 day. Superb Service I called with a problem of my Lincoln MKX shutting off. Very friendly and helpful I worked with Heather and she was so helpful and kind! She explained everything that was going on with my car in ways I could understand and was so sw I worked with Heather and she was so helpful and kind!
