Service assistance My car was scheduled for service because it would go dead each time you would drive it. When my husband was suddenly admitted to the hospital, I did not want to cancel my car apt. because I needed to be able to depend on the car. Since I knew the car was not going to start, I asked Alex, my service manager for help. He offered and did to stop at my house and get it started on his way to work. That is why we have 3 Ford vehicles and always buy our cars at Haldeman in East Windsor. More

The dealer I had used for 15 years on Cape Cod had set a very high standard for service and sales. Opinions were limited as I asked around my area, not knowing to many people was part of the reason. After looking at on line reviews and having an issue with my truck I decided to try Haldeman Ford. I am truly impressed with the service advisor Heather Cranmer and the techs she works with. As my truck now has a bit over 100,000 miles I do expect issues to arise. I prefer to deal with a franchised dealer. What Heather and her techs have provided me with is the courtesy, respect and the ability to listen to my complaint. They have diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the parts and got me back in quickly to finish the job. Haven't visited the sales dept. yet, but the service dept. has very much come through for me. More
