Alex got my car in early and checked out, found some unde What started out as an oil change turned into identifying potentially catastrophic problems. Alex got my car in early and checked out, found some underlying brake snd steering issues that needed addressed asap. The crew at Haldeman know between family and work I cannot be without my car for long and certainly cannot suffer a failure on the road as I put 1,000+ miles on weekly. Alex called me up, let me know what was going on and promised completion by 3:15pm. I walked in at 3:10 and they were just polishing up the car and he was calling my phone. He also found a coupon for me to soften the expense. That experience validated why I bought my car there and have it serviced there. They treat my time, money and purchase like it was their own. Thats respect. More
