Everyone here seems to be honestly interested in providing exceptional customer service, similar to what you might expect from a dealer for a luxury brand. More

Refused service on car they sold The general manager JR and his entire team are about as unethical and unprofessional as they cone. Even went on to lie about me on BBB review. These people are just the lowest of the low and lead by JR,s example. I would stay away from this dealer at all costs. They do not care about customer service or retention once they have sold you a vehicle. I purchased a new 2016 Fusion and it took me almost a year and countless calls to receive a secondary key, the sales manager was trying to make me pay out of pocket for it. Additionally, my AC stopped working after only 11 months and one day after I made an appointment to have it serviced the general manager JR called me to cancel and turned me away simply because I asked for the name of the service manager. His explanation was that he "could not meet my expectations", my only expectations were to have my AC repaired per my service appointment and to be treated with the respect of a paying returning customer. You can do better elsewhere. More
