Excellent Vehicle Repair Experience I took my 2015 Ford Fusion with 100,000 miles in for a check engine light. The car was making a sound in the back like a vuvuzela I am not kidding. Al I took my 2015 Ford Fusion with 100,000 miles in for a check engine light. The car was making a sound in the back like a vuvuzela I am not kidding. Also after a fill up of fuel the vehicle would not start easily. The service advisor Heather was waiting for me since I called for an appointment. The sign in process was simple and efficient and Heather asked me many questions about the issues and assured me there would be no problem finding the problem. The one thing that was unexpected and appreciated was Heather callled me multiple times with the car repair status. My vehicle was fixed, on time and absolutely no issues. Heather should be a service advisor trainer with the skills she has. On a side note I am currently driving a 2018 Fusion and I know in the distant future if I have an issue I know Heather will be there. More
