Ford Recall Notice I took in my F-150 for a safety recall notice and an oil change. I had forgotten about the appointment and took my truck in about 20 mins late. Professional & Friendly I leased a Ford Exp back in August from a different dealership; Recently had a nail in my tire so decided to go to Haldenman for service. From the time I called to the time I walked in their office, I was greeted friendly & made to feel welcome. All of my info was put in their system & gentleman told me where I could get coffe, water, wait & where restroom was located. Heather was also very professional & friendly updating me with service time & how my previously purchased plan would apply. After having such a terrible experience @ Freehold Ford on Rt 9, I plan to have all my service appts @ Haldenman.
