The collision center staff are awesome! Within 2 days of me calling to tell them my rental through my auto insurance was expiring, they got me in a courtesy car! I had an appointment for an 8:15 am service for oil change and tire rotation. I got up early to get there and drop the car off at 7:45 am. They didn’t start working on the car until 4 pm. They explained there was some labor issues and comped me the service but I had a voucher for a free service anyway so I got comped on a comp and loss of use of the car for the whole day. What’s the purpose of having an appointment if you are not going to honor it? Even with a labor issue I should have been much sooner in the rotation. A call would have been nice but didn’t get that either More
