Great prompt service at a great price I haven’t owned a Subaru since my own high school derelict wagon. Over the past 25 years, I have been mostly dealing with Audi’s and their likes, so I came in expecting “yet another rip off 700-something service with vague explanations, emphatic calls to “best practices” and wide range sales efforts to charge me even more, plus a wasted day”. What I experienced was Anything but that. Service was easy to schedule, friendly, precisely clear about options and exact measurements taken, without attempts to sell me additional fixes and improvements, took an hour and extra work (which I knew about) was rescheduled into another slot. So I was back in my day and back to the desk in the total of 2 hours and under half of what I was expecting to pay. And if it keeps being this way, I guess my own next car will likely be a Subaru... I don't get that from my Jeep dealer.... 4 stars because rescheduling online is a pain. There's no clear way to REschedule an appointment. The initial schedule of appointments is easy but if you have to reschedule just call the dealership. I have a feeling that would be much more efficient. I got reminders from both the Ford side and the Subaru side which was amusing but they really do try and make sure you don't forget! More

Good efficient service I was able to make a next day appointment. It was time for new brsjes this time around. They had me in and out within the hour, car wash and all. Check dashboard light I came in with a dashboard warning light on. They told me it would take no more than 20 minutes to diagnose & 15 minutes later it was diagnosed. Inconvenient I had an oil change done on Friday and the oil change light was not reset after svc was completed. Once I saw the light on, I went back into the serv I had an oil change done on Friday and the oil change light was not reset after svc was completed. Once I saw the light on, I went back into the service ctr (as I had not yet left the property). The service ctr person said that the light would reset once I started driving. I left the dealer and the next day the 'time to change oil' light is still on. Now I have to go back and have it reset. More

The service was good, however There was a folding room divider in the back of my car which was moved presumably to gain access to the console and the fabric was torn.
