Anyway was glad they could fit me in because I was going to b driving to the airport next day. Now once I go to my car I notice they ran it thru the car wash it was missing the back trim on the trunk door....smh so now they have to order that part n I have to wait to b called. More

Replaced Sun Visor I bought a replacement sun visor and Paul got one of his techs to install it right away even on a busy Monday and me with no appointment. "Tuned Up" I have been using the Ford Haldeman Service Department now for about 12-15 years. Presently, my "to go to" tech" - Nick, was handling BOTH my Lincoln I have been using the Ford Haldeman Service Department now for about 12-15 years. Presently, my "to go to" tech" - Nick, was handling BOTH my Lincoln MKX and my (relatively) NEW 2018 Jeep Wrangler (oil change and routine maintenance -- I am NOT HAPPY with Chrysler Plymouth on Route 1 - takes FOREVER to get an appointment and the techs DO NOT LISTEN to any possible mechanically problems you have -- effectively --- they just do what they want--when they want. I have found the Lincoln dealership on Route one, much the same way as well.  At Haldeman -- I can get my vehicles in for service within 24 hours.  Any mechanical issues/questions I have, are addressed.  I was receiving updates via phone calls from Nick as to the status of my vehicles. More

Great experience Dropped my Subaru off to get the airbags that were recalled fixed, and even though this was covered by Subaru I had a great experience. They were fast Dropped my Subaru off to get the airbags that were recalled fixed, and even though this was covered by Subaru I had a great experience. They were fast with communication and left my car in a better state than when I dropped it off. I had a bad experience at another Subaru dealer so I will for sure be coming back here when I need to! Recall service for airbag. They did correct two recalls which was great because we only took the car in for one recall. Telephone staff could have been more service for airbag.
