Friendly, Good Loaner Car, Average Service Pros: The employees are friendlier here than at other dealer service centers, and the loaner car was nice and complimentary. Cons: Service pricing Pros: The employees are friendlier here than at other dealer service centers, and the loaner car was nice and complimentary. Cons: Service pricing is just as bad here as all Subaru dealerships. $150 just to assess the problem, which isn't deducted from the cost of labor to fix the issue. Service was incredibly slow as well, taking over 7 hours to perform a recall airbag exchange that Subaru quoted as taking 30 minutes. More
