Good, but not perfect. Handicapper parking - great Coffee machine - great Quiet room - great Clean restrooms - great Doughnuts - great Friendliness of employees - great Handicapper parking - great Coffee machine - great Quiet room - great Clean restrooms - great Doughnuts - great Friendliness of employees - great Finding that the steering wheel had been put in another position and I had to look in the book to learn how to change it - not great Finding that the clock had not been reset to the correct time after servicing radio, etc. - not great Finding that the digital readout of the speed was no longer being shown in the middle of the screen that's to the left of the actual speed guage - not great. In fact, I still haven't figured out how to display it again. Before I took the car in for service, the steering wheel was where I wanted it, the speed was displayed where it was convenient for me to see it, and the clock was only an hour off (due to daylight savings time). If the service man had changed it to the correct time, that would have been fine, but instead it's about 8 hours off. More

Called for an appt and same service manager told me 3 weeks to get a rental so my car can be serviced with air bag recall. couldn’t believe it . I own 2 Subaru’s and looking for a third soon. I got nicole on the phone and she got me a quick appointment with a rental. She communicates well and I was ready to possibly need tires and she told me I absolutely do not! Bad service from last appt. excellent service this appt. Tried to call manager Paul x 4 with no return call. Came to see a Randy and he was too busy. No other dealership near me for convenience. May not be buying 3rd subaru. Keep in mind this service appointment was the best ever. Thx Nicole More
