I purchased my Chevy Traverse from Capital Chevy after Travis took the time to drive it to my house personally for me to test drive. It had to be taken in multiple time until all problems were resolved. The whole service department was so great to get everything corrected. Travis would take the time to come back to check on the progress even though his selling part was done. I am so thankful I found this dealership and still drive over 60 miles one way to have all repairs, maintenance, and state inspections done by them because they are the best. I will buy my next vehicle there based on the great overall service and repairs I have received. They are the gold standard for auto dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone. More

After deciding to trade my convertible for a light duty p-up I started a search among numerous dealerships, initially looking for a low mileage used vehicle. I then narrowed my search for a new truck and, after visiting 3-4 other dealerships I stopped by Capital & was greeted by Kent Cole, who was very friendly & easy to converse with. He showed me his inventory and I left advising him I would need time to think. After sleeping on it, I felt I wanted to see if I could make a deal to purchase a Colorado. Upon arriving at Capital the next AM, Kent saw me arrive and pleasntly greeted me. To make this story no longer, we reached a deal that I was very happy with. Kent is very knowlegable, does not use pressure tactics, and made this purchase one of the easiest & pleasant I have experienced.
