We left a message for someone to call us, sent a fax , sent an email , no answer. Went back on the 4/30 asked to meet a manager. We got MR. GEORGE MASTERMAKER. He said you signed it. We said does it mean that if we wanted to pay for the can in cash right we would pay 28 thousand and not the 23 thousand we talked about. He said yah,, you signed it. When my husband got angry and said( this is a rip off , I will sue you). Mr MASTERMAKERsaid you said you will sue us, I will call the police on you , I will ruin your credit and tow the car under your cost. We told him we done nothing wrong go ahead call the police. Then he did pick up the phone and called the police right in front of us saying that we are making problems in the show room. When two police men came and saw us inside the office where he left us. Mr Mastermaker disappeared . the two police men tried to help us to figure out what the contract said and advised us to take the mater with the BBB and the head office for Toyota. We are taking their advise. Hail be to the police officer. More

I am very decisive so I went online picked out my car and was paired up with Zach! My process was quick and painless, within 2 hours I drove off the lot with the exact car I chose. I am going to hold onto this one for a while but when I am in the market I will be coming right back here and I always tell everyone of my experience and where to go to purchase a car! Best dealership experience I went to Haley's interested in one specific pre-owned Highlander that I had researched extensively online. I also went knowing how much I was willing to pay and willingness to walk away without looking back. I was honest upfront with my sales associate, Kimberly HeerBrandt so as not to waste our time if they could not/would not work with me. She was excellent to work with, without a whiff of overt or subtle pressure I have previously experienced with other large dealerships. I feel I got a fair price for my vehicle. I admit to real dread when Kimberly passed me off to my business manager secondary to some bad experiences in the past at this point in the process. However, BJ Brooks was excellent and provided excellent and valuable information that allowed me to make good decisions. The only negatives involved what did not come with the car. In the online ad, floor mats were listed in the options section along with a number of items that clearly were included with the purchase. It was only after the sale was finalized that I found they were not included. There was also only key. I have never purchased a vehicle that had only one key so it never occurred to me to even ask. Again I did not realize it until after the sale was finalized. Had I realized in time, I would have made it part of the deal. I was offered a 10% discount if I want to purchase them in the next 30 days. I guess I will put that down to lesson learned, but it really took some of the shine off what was otherwise a terrific experience. Just an observation--in my opinion the Haley Toyota website is less user friendly than some of their competitors and at least one other Haley dealership (Volvo of Midlothian). More

Next car will be from Haley!!!! My husband and I were really not looking to buy a new car, but we had to. After contacting other dealerships, I asked a question about a car and Zach My husband and I were really not looking to buy a new car, but we had to. After contacting other dealerships, I asked a question about a car and Zach helped me. I told him that we would be buying the car outright, and said how much my budget was. I was looking for something with more warranty than just the Toyota care. After going back and forth on what we wanted, I went and met with him and he showed me a RAV4. The one that he was going to show me ended up being sold that night. But, he asked me what color, told him gray and he came thru within a couple days. We signed the papers and came under budget!!!! Haley will go above and beyond to help their customers. More

It was a pleasure dealing with Tony Martin, the salesman and the gentleman that handles the processing of the contract. Tony made the buying process non stressful to me. Thank you Tony and the people at Haley for a positive experience. Now, if you are looking for a SUV, just look at the Toyota 4Runners on YouTube. Owners swear by them. Look on the Discovery Channel. You will see all Toyota SUV's in Africa. Check Consumer Reports, the 4Runner is rated high on reliability. Again, thank you Tony and the people at Haley. More

I bought my car from Haley yesterday and I have to say that Zach and Stuart made the process painless. As I have never purchased a vehicle before, I was skeptical because of all the horror stories I hear that Zach and Stuart made the process painless. As I have never purchased a vehicle before, I was skeptical because of all the horror stories I hear about dealers. I began my process online and within 5 minutes of my online inquiry I was contacted by Chris Conroy explaining that my information had been received and to just hold tight and someone would be contacting me with more information. Shortly thereafter, my sales rep emailed me and he just really kept me in the loop about what was going on with my financing information and how the process was moving along. I also received a call from Stuart, the Business Manager, the moment they were able to get something done for me. When I walked into the dealership to begin the rest of the process, Zach was there waiting with a smile which really relaxed me. He was very friendly and really kept the edge off. Zach sat me down and went over all the papers that needed signing and so forth and got my car ready for me while I was in finance with Stuart. Stuart was very efficient and went over everything in a manner that I would understand and I really liked the way he conducted himself. Not once did I feel pressured into having to buy my vehicle. I would like to say Thank You again to Zach and Stuart for making my "First Big Purchase" such a wonderful experience! More
