We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

I recently bought a 2026 RAV 4 from Haley Toyoto, I can say nothing less than my experience was great. From the beginning I felt like I was being cared for, no feeling of being pressured or rushing me to buy a vehicle and get going. My hat goes of to Nat Williams, who dealt with me from beginning to end, and even about 2 days after my purchase, he called to see if I had any questions about my RAV 4. Nat is always ready to help and I greatly appreciate that. Also to Tracy Clark, the Finance Manager, nothing but professional and very pleasant. I totally enjoyed my experience with Toyota for assisting me kindly with what is a very important matter of buying a vehicle. Thanks for such great service.

My 70-year-old mother recently purchased a used 2020 Toyota 4runner from Mechanicsville, Toyota with 15000 miles on it. She had it for 2 months and brought it in. For an oil change and they proceeded to recommend over $2500 worth of services. For a vehicle with hardly any miles on it. Being that she just bought it, and it's a certified used Toyota. You would assume that the dealership would service the vehicle and go through and replace anything that is needed before passing it on to one of their customers. I am very disappointed with this dealership and would not recommend them. to my worst enemy. Oh and not to mention this was after sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours for an oil change. And if you do a little research, you will find there are tons of negative reviews about Mechanicsville, Toyota
