I wish someone from this dealership could explain why the car I drove 175 miles to buy with the money to pay for it. In my purse wasn't ready for me to buy. I really wanted the vehicle, but there was scratches on one side, a long scratch 18 inches or longer an inch wide on the hood, cracker crumbs in the back seat, and needing a washing and good cleaning. It took me three hours to drive one way. I arrive at this beautiful Toyota dealership excited to get the vehicle I had been looking for to get the biggest disappointment. I know things are different in the world today and people are not truthful. I am not mad, at 84 I don't get too upset any more but I would appreciate a call explaining why the car I went to buy wasn't cleaned up at least and waiting for me. You need to work on your 3.5 rating. Beautiful facility but employees need help badly. More
