I hate this, my dealership. I make my appts online and they can NEVER find me. My husband was mad because it took 2.5 hours for simple service. Later on the key tag I discovered the notation “walk in”. Nice. The last time I went in for 40,000 mile service I asked that they check my liftgate as sometimes it does not work. The guy said does it work or not. I had already told him sometimes it does not work, not all the time. I was told I would have to pay $200 to get it checked. The damned car was still under warranty. I paid big bucks to have a 70,000 mile warranty with zero deductible. When I explained it to the service mgr. she explained it was to make sure they get paid. If the warranty co. Would not honor the claim then they would be out the money. She further stated it was like my health insurance, did I not have a deductible? I declined the work and came home and checked the car manuel. I was doing it wrong, with my hand instead of using the key and putting my foot under the bumper. Could they not have just shown me for free? I bought ‘97 Rav4 from this dealer, a 2011 Prius and my ‘16 Rav4. Think I will buy from them again? NEVER! My husband will not even take the Prius in for an oil change. More
Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have a recall fixed. Took it in early morning and was told it would be ready by end of day. I wanted a 2021 Toyota Prius Limited in Electric Blue Storm with Moonstone interior and moon roof. I live in Phila and no dealership near me had this car. I found it at Haley Toyota. I called and spoke to BJ and he said if I gave him a $500 no refundable deposit he would hold the car until I could drive down and pick it up on Saturday. i drove down with my trade, 2004 Corolla and BJ had my new Prius ready and waiting. I wish someone from this dealership could explain why the car I drove 175 miles to buy with the money to pay for it. In my purse wasn't ready for me to buy. I really wanted the vehicle, but there was scratches on one side, a long scratch 18 inches or longer an inch wide on the hood, cracker crumbs in the back seat, and needing a washing and good cleaning. It took me three hours to drive one way. I arrive at this beautiful Toyota dealership excited to get the vehicle I had been looking for to get the biggest disappointment. I know things are different in the world today and people are not truthful. I am not mad, at 84 I don't get too upset any more but I would appreciate a call explaining why the car I went to buy wasn't cleaned up at least and waiting for me. You need to work on your 3.5 rating. Beautiful facility but employees need help badly. More
