Bought a Truck, DON'T BUY HERE Bought a truck here, haven't had it 5 months & already have it in the shop. Positive experience Great experience. Our sales associate, Lacrissa, was personable, friendly and very easy to work with. There were a large selection of cars on the lot Great experience. Our sales associate, Lacrissa, was personable, friendly and very easy to work with. There were a large selection of cars on the lot, which made finding the vehicle that was right for us easier. Negotiations were met with compromise from both parties, and we left the dealership feeling good about the price of the vehicle. The only negetative about our experience is the pressure to purchase add on packages, which we would have experiences at any car dealership. While the sales associate in finance and extended service for the car were not pushy, my husband is not patient and it was stressful seeing what additional services for the car would make our car payment. His frustration wasn't necessarily with Haley, but more with financial constraints we personally had. Overall, our experience was extremely positive. I would encourage anyone looking for a car to visit Haley. More
