Dealership is always relaxing to visit, usually for my Acura’s free VA inspection since it rarely needs a repair. Lounge area is quiet, available TV, fresh coffee, and various snacks while you wait! Kevin Rafeek is my 5 star go to service man, always knowledgeable, polite and personable. He explains any problems he’s found in layman’s terms plus gives me a printout, with no pressure, so I can run suggested repairs by my husband before I schedule the work. I wouldn’t take my Acura anywhere else! More
