I felt misled during the purchase process and later had my vehicle inspected by my own technician, who identified a transmission issue. When I contacted the dealership to address the matter, they did agree my vehicle inspected by my own technician, who identified a transmission issue. When I contacted the dealership to address the matter, they did agree to repair the issue at no cost, which I appreciated. However, my experience afterward was deeply concerning. I was repeatedly questioned and harassed regarding my service animal while at the dealership. At one point, I felt cornered in a way that made it difficult for me to leave without physically forcing my way past staff. At the time, I did not yet have her documentation on hand, as it was still being mailed to me. In particular, Adam repeatedly interrupted me and refused to allow me to explain the situation, insisting that it was entirely up to the dealership whether they would provide me with a loaner vehicle “as long as I had a pet.” This was especially upsetting because my animal is not a pet, but a service animal. The lack of understanding, professionalism, and respect in handling this situation was extremely disappointing. More
