The experience working with this dealership has started a relationship in which any person who enjoys great customer service and quality of work would take great pride. The service department, especially Bri relationship in which any person who enjoys great customer service and quality of work would take great pride. The service department, especially Brian, has always gone the extra mile to inform us of the progress for the services performed. I have given the highest marks for every category; however, there is one thing I would want the dealership staff to consider and that is to enable people waiting in the lounge the ability to access social network sites while using the wireless network. Part of my job requires these specific tools. I hope this request is taken seriously it would be the only thing I would change to improve any aspect of the experience. Above all I have never gone anywhere since purchasing our first of now a family of acuras and having them serviced at this first class dealership. More
Took the car in to get a recall completed on a replacement part. They offered a free car cleaning and vacuuming which I took them up on the offer. I asked them if they could clear the code, that replacement part. They offered a free car cleaning and vacuuming which I took them up on the offer. I asked them if they could clear the code, that recently appeared in the dash, indicating I needed a oil change and tire rotation because it reached 40k miles. I told the gentleman that my husband would do the work, that we just wanted the code cleared. 4 hours later they tell me they are complete with the work (thank goodness they shuttled me to the mall). They show me the bill, which should have been zero because a recall is free, and it detailed $70. I didn't understand and he explained that they did the tire rotation and oil change and I reiterated that I only wanted them to clear the message, not do the work. I told him that I don't mind paying for it since it was completed, however I did not ask for that. He gave me a coupon for a free oil change which was unexpected and very generous. We went to leave and saw that the tires had armorall on them, but they were still had brake dust on them and the car was not vacuumed. More
Tina & Dan always go above and beyond to make sure the customers issues are taken care of with respect. I have never had a dealer treat me like Hall Acura treats me which has made me a LIFELONG Customer. customers issues are taken care of with respect. The staff at Hall Acura's service department was so friendly,and knowledgeable. I really felt welcome on my first visit there. Tina is an awesome service advisor, she understood all my service needs. I brought my Acura MDX 2008 for service while I was on vacation in Virginia Beach. Joseph Lucey was courteous and friendly, very easy to deal with (the rest of the team as well). I have been bringing my cars to Hall Acura for a number of years and have NOT had any bad experiences with Halls Service Dept. Ed and Dan Brunner are truely professionals in their field. Courteous and alwa of years and have NOT had any bad experiences with Halls Service Dept. Ed and Dan Brunner are truely professionals in their field. Courteous and always keeping you informed of what your automobiles need. I do not have to worry about their opinion when work needs to be done on my autos. I would have no problem sending my wife to them if I am out of town or anyone else for that matter. Additionally your Service Personnel are always willing to point out what is or is not a problem. Ed and Dan Brunner are definitley an asset to Hall Acura of Virginia Beach. More
This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I am new to Virginia Beach and didnt know where to turn to get my car fixed. I went to Hall Acura and met Ed. Ed was amazing! I was very nervous about what might be wrong with my car, but Ed calmed me down and ensured me that they would work to figure it out. Ed was fantastic and explained all the processes and walked me through everything that would be done to my car. I felt comfortable with Ed and knew he my best intentions in mind. He made me feel like a valued customer and not just another number. I cant explain how much I appreciate Ed's help through this process. Being new to the area it is hard to find someone you really trust- especially when it comes to things like your car. Ed earned my trust and I will definitely recommend Hall Acura to all I know looking for good service or a new car! More
