Clover79, We understand your concerns please allow us to explain and fix the problem. Please understand that the recall takes at least 2 hours to perform after letting the engine to cool. Also, the oil change, tire rotation, and wash & vac would take another 2 hours. All services coming to about 4 hours. Which is why we provide a free shuttle bus to and from the mall due to the lengthy service work. We apologize for the miscommunication at the dealership with the oil change and tire rotation. We hope the courtesy oil change we gave you at the dealership helped resolve some of your frustration. In regards to the car still not meeting your expectations with being vacuumed please allow us to offer you a Free Car Detail. Including wash, wax, interior cleaning, engine cleaning...the whole nine yards to show our desire to prove we care and rebuild our relationship.
