I had communicated with the Hall person Friday to verify that they would be open on Saturday. Previous texts showed verification THAT EVENING that they would be open on Saturday. I, at 67 years old drove through the sleeting rain because they have assured me that someone would be there. I didn't want them to be there and I didn't show up. When I got there James told me they were closed which was traumatic to me..I was a nervous wreck after driving there. James and his team were compassionate. The young men that were there took care of me. James and crew honored their commitment and with a limited crew changed my oil and rotated my tires and were able to get and install the headlight I needed... I'm so thankful for them. Their dedication helped me remember why I've been a Hall's customer for years...I can't thank them enough!! More

Hall recently serviced our 2021 GMC Canyon Denali. The service representatives were attentive, kind and good listeners. The service was completed same day as drop out which was so convenient for us! If you’re reading a 5 star review for Hall GMC, I would assume it is a fake review. The worst service experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Bought a 23 Denali ultimate out the door was about $117k. St assume it is a fake review. The worst service experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Bought a 23 Denali ultimate out the door was about $117k. Started having issues within 20k miles. Had 6.2 l engine recall. Took it to their shop shop twice for 4w drive service messages. Front drive would grind and vibrate, system would lock into all wheel drive and not work. Robert in service told us they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and recommended that we take it to the Chevy dealership or the Cadillac dealer. Lois told us he would get back with us. We sent photos and videos of the issue the next two time it occurred in the next two weeks. We never got a phone call or email from anyone at Hall. Issue happened again last Friday so we took it to Cadillac and traded it for an Escalade. $120k vehicle with less than 30k miles. My wife was heart broken. I don’t think they did anything we asked to look at the drive system. They said there were no codes so they couldn’t determine what was going on. Robert gave us the service report and took it back. He typed in notes stating they did what I asked after I noted that the service statement didn’t mention anything about the drive system. They provided no evidence that the engine passed the recall test. Only said “passed”. Not sure you can trust the source of the information. More
