Overall, Hall Chrysler did a good job with the sale of the vehicle I purchased. They were honest and straightforward in what they were willing to do on prices. The sales reps I worked with did a good job with the transaction- having the vehicle ready when I arrived from 3.5 hours away. They had everything ready when necessary and they worked with me given my distance from the dealership. The service team quickly and efficiently installed two additional parts I wanted to add to the vehicle. The finance person, Janina, did a good job and was very accommodating. There were only two things that I think could have been handled better. First was the value they offered me on my trade in, but I did accept the deal. The second was that the vehicle smelled like smoke from someone smoking in the vehicle, and I was told their treatment would fix it and it did not. I decided to get the vehicle anyway. The last challenge was that my original salesman left the dealership in the middle of my purchase process, but the dealership did a good job of filling this void. More
