Purchasing of my 2017 Dodge Ram I have not purchased a new vehicle in years. I was not looking forward to shopping for a vehicle because honestly I don’t like dealing with the salesm I have not purchased a new vehicle in years. After walking into the Hall Dodge dealership I was lucky enough to run into Tharrington Battle. I knew the exact truck I wanted and he assured me he would find it for me. I gave him all the specs and he found my vehicle. When I was calling to see if it came in, he told me he found a better one that had a couple more features. (Back up camera, spray in bed liner). I was skeptical at first thinking they were trying the old bait and switch. He assured me the price would not change from what we had already come to an agreement on. Still leary, I went to the dealership to pickup my vehicle when he called me and told me it had come in. After signing all the paperwork, the truck was even less than we agreed. Tharrington told me for the price he knew he could get me more things on the truck so he searched around for me. Not only was this unexpected but I didn’t ask him to. I cannot say enough about him and his professionalism. He was always prompt with any correspondence either by phone, text or email. I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle and he would be the first I will call when my wife and I buy another. More
