Travis assisted me with test-driving my car and the initial paperwork for this purchase. Travis was not only very polite, but he let me walk away and use my phone for about 10 minutes so I could "cool off" because I was getting very anxious and upset about having to purchase a car in general. Steven helped me finalize my warranty information and process my first payment; Steven was also polite and explained any "extra gimmies" I could purchase in great detail. Pati felt like family!
