First of all I have to start off by saying that this was my FIRST experience buying a car. I didn't know what to expect. I came there with some names of who I needed to talk to, but Mauri stepped right out my FIRST experience buying a car. I didn't know what to expect. He gladly helped us out and was very polite and had a great sense of humor. I had done some research myself on their website, so I had a car already in mind. Mauri went over all the features and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was never pushy about the sale and was very patient. We ended up going in and talking about rates and features with Mike and Mauri. Mike was great too. He tried to give us the best possible offers he could come up with. I feel good about the coverage we chose. 4-5 hours later, I drive away with my new 2011 Jeep Patriot. I was finally happy to have a reliable vehicle.
