I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. Bob Glos is my service advisor. I asked him if they take coupons from Cherked Flag. He said Yes. 40 minutes later i was informed by another person that they do no service advisor. I asked him if they take coupons from Cherked Flag. He said Yes. 40 minutes later i was informed by another person that they do not take that coupon. Two managers came out and informed me that Hall can not take the coupon because it was not from a Jeep dealer. I always bring my Toyota as well as my Jeep to this Jeep dealer for service. I am very upset that I waisted my time and when I showed them the E Main from Hall / Mile one saying the Oil change would be 30 minutes or less or the next one is free they would not even look at the E mail from Hall/ Mile one. I have never had this problem at Hall Jeep before. More

Working with Dave Moore was a very enjoyable experience. He took time to listen to all of our needs & remained patient while we made our decision. My husband was in the market for a used truck & Dave took every opportunity to keep us informed of the inventory at Hall. He contacted us each time a vehicle that fit our needs became available & was very flexible in scheduling a time to view it. He worked with our busy schedule, and tried to make himself available when we could make it. Dave worked with us over the course of 3 months, and we could not be happier about the outcome. My husband just loves his truck. He seems to enjoy it more each day. It is a good fit for both of us. Dave remained focused on finding us exactly what we wanted, when most sales consultants would have given up. We can't say enough about Dave. We plan to bring all of our future business to him. We would definitely recommend anyone in the market to purchase a new or used car to Dave. More

We met Dave Moore on Saturday, the 11th of December, and he took us to all the Hall car lots in the Virginia Beach area. This was the best car buying experience. I was introduced to Orlando. After discussing what I was looking for, Orlando showed me several choices. He showed me all of the features with each vehicle and answer to Orlando. After discussing what I was looking for, Orlando showed me several choices. He showed me all of the features with each vehicle and answered all my questions. When I had picked a vehicle, he explained each step. As my financing was being worked on, he walked me over to the service department to introduce me to my service team. Orlando introduced me to Mike, my finance guy. Orlando sat with me while I spoke with Mike. Mike made the finance part enjoyable. Mike worked with me and explained everything to me. Mike even charged my cell phone while we talked. Orlando was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He even called my insurance carrier to switch my insurance over to my new car. Once the finance portion was complete, Orlando parked my new car next to my old Jeep so I could easily move my personal belongings into my new car. When I got home I realized I left something in my old Jeep. I immediately called Orlando and explained my situation. He promised to get my item and lock it in his drawer. I was at ease from the start to end of the whole process. The entire team at Hall Chrysler Jeep Dodge was freindly and helpful. Thank you to everyone! More
