Traveling from out-of-state with two young children to buy this car, Orlando and his staff at Hall always made our family feel welcome and comfortable. His intimate knowledge of the mechanics and design of the Challenger was impressive and reassuring. Orlando was very interactive with the finance process and introduced us to another fine Hall employee, Robert Voigt, the Finance Director for our purchase. Bought vehicle beginning of May. Has been in service department 3x since then., with same issue that they still have not fixed. When I call Hansen over a week ago I received no response until I emailed department 3x since then., with same issue that they still have not fixed. When I call Hansen over a week ago I received no response until I emailed his boss. I then received a phone call(which I missed) followed by an email stating the fix the issue would be 1100+. When I printed off my vehicle information from the dealer, seems the vehicle has had a bit of work done , before I purchased it--not disclosed.Extremely unhappy, wish I had gone elsewhere, next time I will. Terrible service! I know going into a dealership you expect them to play games with prices and everything a dealership always does. We went in there for a new vehicle and was quoted 4,000 for our vehicle and was told a price off the sticker that was 1500.00 higher than the actual price on the sticker. My husband had to physically walk outside to show the manager the price. Well this was just the beginning of bad service. Well we walked off the lot and said no deal! So we went online to do some more research and come to find out the price online was 3,000.00 less than we were told. So we went back and told the manager about the price. So get this he says ok you can have that price with no MILITARY DISCOUNT and we will only give you 3,000.00 for your car and there is 1000.00 incentives for the car already so he said we wouldn't get it! That is our right to have that discount by the GOVERNMENT! This guy John Foley the Manager is such a Coward! How could you do this to a customer but my husband serves this country and your not going to give him his military discount! Anyways this was the worst! Finding a new car is hard enough and dealing with this guy made me never want a new car ever. I would rather buy a bike than ever have to deal with this Dealership! Our salesman was a new employee so we felt so bad for him knowing he was employed by this guy! More
As soon as my wife and I drove on the lot Spence was there in the parking lot. He of course greeted us with enthusiasm and respect. At that point he made us feel comfortable and not pressured. He was very layed back and did not make it seem that all he wanted was a sale. We have been with this company for many years and we keep coming back because of the way we are treated and how well we are taken care of. John, Mike and Walt were just as professional and the whole staff there is great. 5.0 down the board. More
Car price was well above NADA value. Walked away and went home (25 miles away). They called and decided to take offer. Did not disclose the Processing fee. Went back and they admitted failing to disclose but still expected to get the processing fee of $499. The Salesperson and General Manager took a VERY long time to come back with their final price. It was all a big sleezy game and they did not honor their verbal agreement. I agreed to go above the verbal agreement and give them half of the processing fee. From that point on, we were treated as a low priority. The General Manager was visibly upset. He never introduced himself and would not look at us when we were leaving (my 16yo daughter and me). The Finance Director did a nice job processing our paperwork and was very pleasant, but we had to wait a good while before we could get to him, even on a day when their was very little activity at the dealership. Overall, I was extremely disappointed to have driven 25 miles back to the dealership with a crystal clear agreement on the final price and to have to go through another negotiation where I almost had to walk away. They were not honorable and I would not recommend them to anyone. More

On 16 Jul I brought my 2002 Dodge Dakota into your Greetings Hall Dodge, I would like to elaborate on my poor marks given to your Service Dept. On 16 Jul I brought my 2002 Dodge Dakota into your Service Dept for a scheduled routine maintenance and state inspection. It took over 2 1/2 hours to complete this service. This is completely UNSATISFACTORY. I expressed my sincere disappointment after my service call. When I inquired about the lengthy delay the Service Manager told me the mechanic had to attend training, and the service dept ran out of inspection stickers. I could understand if I had left my vehicle for the day -- but to do this while I was waiting with a scheduled appointment is a direct reflection in the poor customer service in your Service Department and the Hall Dealership. I have been a loyal Dodge customer for the past 15 plus years. I bought 6 vehicles from VA BEACH Dodge and was always a satisfied customer. My husband and I will definally be back to buy another vehical from him and that dealership! My dad told me about the dealership when he bought his car there in December 2009! Everyone was funny, friendly and GREAT!!! Mike Brown was also very helpful with me on helping me to decide what packages to choose from and knowing that I understood what i would be getting and helping know how it would effect me in the long road!
