I have been coming to Hall Chrysler for 4 years. My service advisor Mr. Alder Baker has always taken the best care of my vehicle, and has never steered me wrong. Had a scheduled time for service yesterday, February 21st, went in with two kids in tow to get the state inspection complete agreed to have the oil changed as well. Found out the vehicle needed to have 21st, went in with two kids in tow to get the state inspection complete agreed to have the oil changed as well. Found out the vehicle needed to have a part replaced that had been recalled. Once the work was started it only took 1/2 hour to complete however, waited around for 3 hours just to get the work started!!!! Was told it was because they were busy as it was a holiday....then what is the point of having a scheduled appointment!! Ridiculous! This is not my first issue with these people. I keep giving them chances at redeeming themselves however they fail miserably! I bought my van at Hall so I wanted to have all service completed by them but from now on I don't care how far I have to travel I will not go back! More

I knew exactly what the problem was and had them look to see if it was covered, instead of telling me no, they took half the car apart to tell me no and to charge me. The single point of contact for dealing with service is horrible. I spent on average 10 mins on hold trying to find the one person who could answer my question. Then when I finally tracked down the person they always had to call me back. Also if you have all the parts on a Friday before 2pm why does it take you three days to replace the part. I'm never bringing my jeep here again. I should have known better when I called the service department to ask them what a 30,000 mile service included and they couldn't tell me. More
I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. Bob Glos is my service advisor. I asked him if they take coupons from Cherked Flag. He said Yes. 40 minutes later i was informed by another person that they do no service advisor. I asked him if they take coupons from Cherked Flag. He said Yes. 40 minutes later i was informed by another person that they do not take that coupon. Two managers came out and informed me that Hall can not take the coupon because it was not from a Jeep dealer. I always bring my Toyota as well as my Jeep to this Jeep dealer for service. I am very upset that I waisted my time and when I showed them the E Main from Hall / Mile one saying the Oil change would be 30 minutes or less or the next one is free they would not even look at the E mail from Hall/ Mile one. I have never had this problem at Hall Jeep before. More
A Few months ago my husband and I purchased a certified pre owned used Dodge Journey I declined the key replacement insurance because I was under the impression that I was going to get a spare key and all pre owned used Dodge Journey I declined the key replacement insurance because I was under the impression that I was going to get a spare key and all I needed was 2 and then they gave me one and said that was all the car came with. I had to demand a second key. Then about a month later I realized that I was not getting good radio service because I did not have an antenna. I had no idea I was missing an antenna some cars have them and some cars have a little black stump so I had to fight for an antenna. Thee months ago I took the car in to get an oil change, I was there for 3 hours with my 3 month old baby who needed a diaper change. I walked into the bathroom and the changing table was lying on the floor, there is no counter space and it is completely unsanitary there is only a small sink and two small stalls. It was a cold rainy day and they told me to walk outside a block and a half up to new car sales and use there bathroom! In my opinion that was totally unexceptional, they should have said I am sorry, come use an area in the back we are getting someone to put it up. Three months later I come back for an oil change and to my surprise the changing table is still on the floor. I told the girls at the front that I really don’t want to complain but I was here 3 months ago and the changing table was not up and it is still on the floor. There response was I know and we have complained too! We choose Hall dodge on Virginia Beach Blvd because they claim to be a family orientated military friendly establishment and that is not the case. My husband is deployed and they made me wait for my car for 2 hours then I left with out my car. I reminded them that I had to get my son form school and the service representative kept saying I will give you an estimate on how long it will be in a min. have a seat and I will come and get you, HE NEVER DID!! I asked for a shuttle to take me home and explained that I would need a shuttle to pick me up so I can get my car when it was finished and he said the shuttle only runs until one. I asked if I could have a rental car and he said I would have to pay for it and I asked if someone could drive my car to my house when it was finished and he said NO! To make a long story short, I suggested that a shuttle home to get my son off the bus and tomorrow that they send a shuttle to pick me up in the morning, the over night fee I have yet to attack. The correct response when dropped off the car at 8 am would have been something along the lines of let me get you a shuttle home and when your car is ready we will send a shuttle to pick you up instead of the added nonsense that just aggravated a seemingly simple errand. . ~~I would pay extra for a service where someone to comes to pick up my car and then drops it back off when they were finished and it would create jobs. I really did not need the extra stress that was caused. HALL HAS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!! More
I brought a new 2010 Dodge Ram with accessories ( tonneau cover, sport hood & chrome fuel door, mirrors & tailgate handle). The sales was great but getting my accessories put on was the worst service. I live 3 hours away so they sent me a email stating the accessories was in and we set a date for me to come in. I came and waited around to see no one working on my truck because my truck was sent to the wrong place and my hood was not painted and no one checked to see if the parts was right before they scheduled the appointment. I was told by Fara to return next week to have the hood installed , I returned and the hood was not painted and everyone was pointing fingers but no one said it was my fault and everyone thought it was taken care of. So I have to return again (3rd trip) to have my hood installed all because no one took the time to check the parts to see if everything was right before having me travel for nothing. I thought you take care of your buyer until everything is finished this experience was bad starting with communication, service and ending in bad professionalism. More

Your service Tech recommended a fuel system flush and an engine flush for only $344.85. These flushes do not appear as scheduled maintenances in the owner’s manual and are NOT recommended by Dodge. When I call Hansen over a week ago I received no response until I emailed his boss. I then received a phone call(which I missed) followed by an email stating the fix the issue would be 1100+. When I printed off my vehicle information from the dealer, seems the vehicle has had a bit of work done , before I purchased it--not disclosed.Extremely unhappy, wish I had gone elsewhere, next time I will. On 16 Jul I brought my 2002 Dodge Dakota into your Greetings Hall Dodge, I would like to elaborate on my poor marks given to your Service Dept. On 16 Jul I brought my 2002 Dodge Dakota into your Service Dept for a scheduled routine maintenance and state inspection. It took over 2 1/2 hours to complete this service. This is completely UNSATISFACTORY. I expressed my sincere disappointment after my service call. When I inquired about the lengthy delay the Service Manager told me the mechanic had to attend training, and the service dept ran out of inspection stickers. I could understand if I had left my vehicle for the day -- but to do this while I was waiting with a scheduled appointment is a direct reflection in the poor customer service in your Service Department and the Hall Dealership. I have been a loyal Dodge customer for the past 15 plus years. I bought 6 vehicles from VA BEACH Dodge and was always a satisfied customer. i bought a 2010 dodge ram 1500 from stanley (sales person) extremly polite and helpful i had them spray in a bed liner and they got overspray all over the outside of the vehicle i took the vehicle ba person) extremly polite and helpful i had them spray in a bed liner and they got overspray all over the outside of the vehicle i took the vehicle back for them to look at joe said i could bring back at any time to get fixed. i brought the vehicle back to them and dropped it off joe said they would need four 1 day 2 days later and many calls to joe car still not touched. spoke to jeff (service mgr)who assured me it would be fixed. i have now made an appoitment to bring back yet again. i feel like i am getting the run around.
