I visited this dealer to purchase a part and then for service under warranty. I also wanted a copy of the orgional window sticker for my Chrysler Crossfire Roadster model SRT6. That resulted in a phone service under warranty. I also wanted a copy of the orgional window sticker for my Chrysler Crossfire Roadster model SRT6. That resulted in a phone call to the Chrysler 800 number as suggested by the dealer. This really worked and I received a great response. I received a call back stating Hall would print the sticker. I contacted Mike Neher and he agreed to make the contacts for the printing to take place. I know he went the extra mile for total customer satisfaction in a case where his dealership would receive no monitary rewards. I have also received service under warranty on my Crossfire and find the Crossfire tech Jamie to be very professional and well trained on the model. I am writing this because I have made several attempts over the past three years to get the window sticker with no results. It just takes a total team effort sometimes to make something work and this was the case here. This is the kind of Dealership that make Chrysler a strong American car manfacture. THANKS More

I broke down on vacation and did not have much of a choice as to where my vehicle was repaired or when. The tow truck driver went to Hall as per instructions of the road side assistance service. My ignition cylinders and tumblers broke therefore, the truck was not driveable. I needed immediate repair due to being on vacation with out another vehicle. The total of my repairs was 471. 39 with most of it being labor fees. A friend who owns a garage at home gave me an estimate with labor and parts. His exact words were that I was "raked" on labor and that the repair to my vehicle should not have taken more than an hour. I was charged for 3 hours of labor. He also gave me prices of materials needed for the repair and when compared Hall overcharged for it as well. Also, my neighbor, who is the owner of the garage at which I purchased the vehicle, also said that I was overcharged in many ways. He said that an air filter was changed and should not have been. He also felt that shop materials and labor fees were excessive. I honestly feel that I was taken advantage of due to being on vacation. More
I had 2 issues with my 98 Dodge 3500 dually. Shifting issue and a fluctuating speedometer. Brought my Truck in and John O'Brien Was very professional and a great person to work with. Problem was Diagnosed by Gary Miller quickly and corrected in a very timely manner. I had a Bad sensor on my transmission and a faulty jumper on another sensor that was attached to my pumpkin. They kept me involved with what was being done and what they had found. Resolved my troubles efficiently. I will bring my truck back to only them for any future problems that may arise. More

John O'Brien was so amazing. He was honest and efficient. I felt valued and respected when we discussed the services need to my vehicle. I needed service on my car and went to into the service department and was greeted by someone in the service dept/RedTeam,they asked what I needed and promptly made it happen for me. OVER AT HALL DODGE IN VIRGINIA BEACH I'VE GOTTEN NOTHING BUT LOTS OF HELP. I'VE HAD TO REPLACE 2 TIRES BECAUSE OF THE ROAD AND THANKS TO THEIR ADVICE ON THE TIRE AND RIM PROTECTION PACKAGE I'VE AVOIDED MYSE BUT LOTS OF HELP. I'VE HAD TO REPLACE 2 TIRES BECAUSE OF THE ROAD AND THANKS TO THEIR ADVICE ON THE TIRE AND RIM PROTECTION PACKAGE I'VE AVOIDED MYSELF OVER $700 WORTH OF PARTS AND SERVICE. ADDITIONALLY EACH TIME I NEEDED TO GET MY TIRE REPLACED, MY SERVICE ADVISOR JOHN O BRIEN WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY PROMPT TO GETTING MY CAR IN RUNNING CONDITION. WHEN IT DIDNT SEEM POSSIBLE THAT I WOULD GET MY CAR BACK SAME DAY JOHN WOULD PULL THROUGH AND DELIVER. THANKS TO HIM. AND THE REST OF HALL DODGE DID AN AWESOME JOB IN HELPING ME GET WHAT I WANTED IN A CAR. More
I have a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. I replaced a 2.7L bad engine with a used 3.5. After the engne swap I swapped my ECM and added Sentury Key. I took my Car to Hall Dodge and had my ECM reprogrammed. They have always done my service well and effiecent. John Deuso and Baker are wonderful they have always been so nice to me. I always tell people about the service I get. Just recently I brought my car in for an oil change and they let me know I had a bad tire in front and they fixed it right then, that makes me feel confident that they look over my car for dangerous signs. I am so appreciative of them they are not family but it feels like they are. I hope they get the credit that is deserved of them. More
Hall is a great dealership. My family has purchased three (3) new Jeeps at Hall and we have them serviced there. The staff is very professional and extremly good to deal with.
