Trust is broken. Do yourself a favor and go to another Jeep dealer for service. The dishonesty is so blatant that I find it hard to know how to begin. After being told that there was a fuel imbalance on my jeep by the service center employee, he is now backpedaling and saying that there was never any fuel imbalance to avoid honoring the vehicle protection plan. It only gets worse from there. Then, after giving me a specific dollar amount that he would cover for the rental car while he had my Jeep, he stated that I would need to pay for the rental car and that he would reimburse me. This is not how the extended warranty works and he knows it. There were more underhanded dealings by this man that are too numerous to address here. It was just one dishonest move after another. I should not have to go to battle to get someone to step up and do the right thing. More

Took my car here for an oil change and inspection. They stripped the threads on my oil pan and gave it back to me with an oil leak. Refused to fix it unless I paid for a new oil pan. First they glued They stripped the threads on my oil pan and gave it back to me with an oil leak. Refused to fix it unless I paid for a new oil pan. First they glued it shut hoping I wouldn’t check. Then they just put a new plug in it after knowing they stripped the threads in the pan and that wouldn’t solve the problem. They also broke my dipstick which I went ahead and replaced on my own. I take my car here every year for inspection as well and they always try to fail it hoping I will give them money to fix it. This year they tried to fail it by saying my heat didn’t work (which it does) Luckily I know about cars. If you don’t, I wouldn’t go here you will get scammed More
