My experience with Adrien was beyond what I expected. He listened to my request and respected our budget margin and even pulled the vehicles up so I could drive the ones I was interested in. During this two day process with trying to make a final decision, Adrien took the time and video taped and sent me two more vehicles he thought that I might be interested in. The next day, I drove to Elizabeth City and chose the one I wanted. Welllll at the last minute my husband changed his mind and chose another vehicle that he felt that was better suited for me. THAT WAS AFTER ADRIEN HAD DONE ALL THE PAPER WORK. He did not fuss, get upset or even shake his head. He immediately got up, grabbed the information, tossed the other paper work and we proceeded with the other vehicle and started from scratch all over again. This Man, is one dedicated sales associate and treats his customers like family. Until he is no longer there, my husband and I will always go to him.. More
