My wife and I purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot yesterday. When we met the salesman (Jamey Chapman) he took the time to listen to what we were looking for and worked to match a car to our interests. He stayed with us throughout the process, including the financing, and explained all the extras that were offered. Again, we felt no pressure to buy any of the extras. Everyone from the Sales Manager to the Finance Director was friendly, professional and committed to making sure we had a good experience. Even though my wife and I may be moving out of the area we are confident that we can call back to Jamey for assistance if needed. One of my least favorite things to do is haggle over buying or leasing a new car. I met with Art Cohen and his staff after a frustrating meeting at my local Acura dealer. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. He didn't worry you with questions like "How much do you want to pay?". He listened to you and actually had a conversation about what I wanted in a car. He gave you what you asked for when you walked in - a great deal, a fair price and a great vehicle. I think the whole process was 2 hours and that included picking up the car a few days later and signing all the paperwork. I would recommend Art and his team anyday. It was worth the drive (I passed 2 other Honda dealers on the way). More

All task were completed in a timely manner at a reasonble cost, and they even washed my vehicle. I'm here to tell you customer service is alive and well at Hall Honda in Elizabeth City.
