I will be driving alone on an unplanned 12 hour trip and am a bit nervous about it. I do not know how to take care of a car’s engine but when I looked at the coolant it looked very low. I went into Hall Honda of Huntersville without an appointment at opening time. My service rep checked the coolant and oil and assured me they were both at good levels. He also explained how coolant is in system plus its reservoir. I am so sorry I did not get his name but thank you sir for easing my nervousness and thank you Hall Honda for having such a wonderful employee. I look forward to making my upcoming inspection appointment with Hall Honda!! More

Bought a new CRV two weeks ago from Hall Honda (very positive experience with Jamie Sales). Part of deal included install of crossbars on roof rack. Got a call last week from “Service” Dept. to arrange install of crossbars. I asked man about how long the install would take. He said “about 1 1/2 hours, 2 hours tops”. Took the car in yesterday, arrived at 9:25 for my 9:30 appointment. At the 2 1/2 hour mark, I asked my service rep about how much longer it would take. She went to check on status of the install. She returned and said “Corey says it will be just a little longer”. FINALLY, at the 3 1/2 hour mark, the service rep advised the work was completed. I asked to speak to the “Service” Manager. She took me to him. I advised him it took 3 1/2 hours for an install that I was told would take “1 1/2 hours, 2 hours tops”. He said it should not have taken 3 1/2 hours and said that job should “take about 1 1/2 hours”. He offered no I’m truly sorry or I sincerely apologize. No, no - his only comment was “that’s not right, I’ll have to look into it” (whatever that was supposed to mean), Yeah, sure!. Maybe Hall Honda should change that department name from “Service” Dept. to the Repair, Maintenance and Installation Dept. as “Service” is not what was provided, and the “Service” Manage appears clueless as to the meaning of Service. After posting the below review, I received a call and an apology from the service staff. He was able to explain their computer system had a glitch and was able to schedule me right over the phone...got me i apology from the service staff. Thank you Eric - Nothing worse than being "told" what is expected...when not once was I ever told, nor did the Service website explain not to schedule an appointment online the day of service. The lady in the service department said, "oh, we tell everyone to not schedule service the same day...", when I schedule an appointment, I would expect the appointment time would be honored, otherwise, what's the point of "scheduling" an appointment? Don't let this dealership tell you their service is great...they are not customer oriented., nor is the "team". Very disappointed with how I was treated. More
Eric Durand, John Greene and their Regional Manager Erin are all incompetent when it comes to handling real problems. We bought a new car from priority and since its changed hands the service has had a huge are all incompetent when it comes to handling real problems. We bought a new car from priority and since its changed hands the service has had a huge downfall. Our car now has had. 3 batteries.. The carwash has damaged it 3 times the paint is warrantied but still continues to come off the car and the numerous elements in our car have been broken, scratched, chipped and lately our roof dented. Explaining to any person there in an authority position only gets you talked over and belittled so they can deter whats really happened because of their lack of records, listening and troubleshooting issues. Our once new car was ruined by these people. More

Was getting free oil changes and state inspections when it was Priority Honda. First visit under Hall management they refused to give me state inspection free. I ended up paying for inspection but when I tried to renew with NC I discovered they hadn’t performed the inspection even though I had paid for it! They also recommended several hundred dollars of other work which I stupidly approved and I wonder afterward if it was truly needed. After several weeks and many phone calls on my part, I did get a refund of what I paid for the inspection, but this was a terrible customer service experience that left me feeling this was not a good place to bring my car and I will not be returning. I’d rather pay for oil changes from a reputable business. More
