1 hour and 45 mins for an oil change and state inspection. First time one hour and 45 mins for just the oil change. Like to support this place but excuse is always we are swamped. Was getting free oil changes and state inspections when it was Priority Honda. First visit under Hall management they refused to give me state inspection free. I ended up paying for inspection but when I t it was Priority Honda. First visit under Hall management they refused to give me state inspection free. I ended up paying for inspection but when I tried to renew with NC I discovered they hadn’t performed the inspection even though I had paid for it! They also recommended several hundred dollars of other work which I stupidly approved and I wonder afterward if it was truly needed. After several weeks and many phone calls on my part, I did get a refund of what I paid for the inspection, but this was a terrible customer service experience that left me feeling this was not a good place to bring my car and I will not be returning. I’d rather pay for oil changes from a reputable business. More

I would not recommend getting service done here. I bought a car when it was still Priority Honda so I get the free oil changes. I also bought tires there, but I went today to get the free oil change and free a car when it was still Priority Honda so I get the free oil changes. I also bought tires there, but I went today to get the free oil change and free tire rotation, and they charged us for the rotation. I mentioned to Louis when I called to make the appointment that I bought the tires there so it should be free. A note should have been made about this. Brianna White, the service advisor, said my fiance' should have mentioned it when he was there for the service. I believe that all of this could have been avoided if notes were taken at the time of the scheduling of appointment! I know it's only $37 but it's the fact that they don't look out for their long time customers. The only reason I take my car there is for the free oil changes & tire rotations as their services are WAY overpriced. More
I called for a price on a taillight replacement for my Ridgeline. When inquiring, I asked about pricing and was quoted the price would be $196 but the item was not in stock. Part was ordered and delivered but referred to Service for an appointment time which was 1:30pm. At 4:30+ the truck was finally brought around and my bill was $307. Included on the bill was a labor charge for 30 minutes so what happened to the 2.5+ hours I sat waiting on the truck. In addition, Grossly overcharged and no respect for time of appointment. I could understand 30 minutes or so but..... not again for me! More
Received car with scratches on both driver side and passenger side windshield. Initially I thought the scratches may have happened due to the car wash after the service. But the scratches on the windshield were from inside on both sides. What care their employees are taking while servicing the car. Never had a bad experience when it was Priority honda. New Hall honda management have to seriously look into what their employees are doing and take appropriate action. More
I made an appointment for State Inspection and Tire Rotation & Balancing. I asked the service person if they can check my tires for uneven worn-out, I am hearing a slight noise when I drive. I asked I am already servicing for Tire Rotation and Balancing and part of multi point inspection can they look at the tires. The service person keep insisting I have to pay for this; So I spoke to the Manager. Manager informed they will look into this. I got there around 2:15 pm and left around 5:00 pm on Saturday. When I asked about the noise issue, I was informed the Manager forgot to put this in the service ticket and they did not address this. At this point I spoke to two gentlemen in the showroom, they took my information (the Service Manager and the Technician were gone for the day) and informed they will reach out to the technician and give me a call back. It has been more than a week and I have not heard back! Good Number of sales people who are working in the Sales did not have face mask inside the building, this is safety hazard & spreading COVID-19. More

Furthermore, when a customer rightfully inquired about the lengthy wait, I overheard an employee make a snide remark behind the guest's back. I get it, we all get frustrated, but I found it very unprofessional that those frustrations were expressed within earshot of other customers. After finally leaving the dealership, my tire low pressure light came on, indicating an issue with a sensor. I called the dealership immediately (a few minutes before 6- their closing time) and was told no one was available to assist me. They did a good job with the work but overall it was a very poor experience. I will not be returning or recommending this location for service. More
Damage to rims I took my pilot in for a major service package they had. I got the car when promised but the condition of the car was pretty bad. The scuffed up one rim pretty bad and service advisor said no way their equipment can do that but will call me back next day after they review the footage. Never got a call. Just a bunch of liars that won’t admit when they do damage to your vehicle. My car is a 2017 pilot elite. I always check over the car before I drive off. There’s always new scratches on my car or rims. Only reason I take my car here is because I bought my pilot here and need to take it here to keep up with the warranty. I’m going to most likely trade in the pilot and leave this dealership for good. Took car in around august 6th More
