I'd been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for years (my wife's dream car). We weren't going to purchase one until next year, but we found one at Hall Honda that checked all our boxes the Sun before Thanksgiving. dream car). Based on the price, mileage, and options we knew it would sell quick if we didn't jump at the opportunity. Early Mon morning I contacted Eric Osborne at Hall CDJR (who we worked with previously on another vehicle), great guy, but he no longer worked there. So I looked at the staff at Hall CDJR and Hall Honda online to see who I may have worked with before and recognized Jason. He looked really familiar and long story short, we knew each other from back in the day. Took me a while to remember because I have a bad memory, but he was as cool now as he was then. His professionalism shined through as soon as we got to talking on the phone. He scheduled an appt for us to take a look at the Wrangler that Mon afternoon and we're really glad he did. Two other Hall dealerships called about the Jeep the same day, but since Jason booked us an appt we had first priority. Before I got to the appt he did some research on the Jeep (since his specialty is Honda) and did a visual inspection inside, around, and underneath it to make sure everything was in working order and remarked how great it looked. I already had a preapproved loan with a good rate, but Jason encouraged me to see what their financing department could do and they ended up coming in with a lower rate so of course I went with it. (Note to consumers: if you really want to use a specific bank that you're preapproved with you can call them back to see if they'll match the dealer's rate). Now that financing was out of the way, I worked with Darryl Cross on the warranty. He made it easy and we had some great conversation, as both of us are Navy Veterans. Once that was wrapped up, all that was left was detailing the Jeep to get it ready for delivery that night. I asked Jason if he could put a bow on it and sure enough he did, a big red one on the hood which made it all the more special for my wife and kids when we picked it up. Don Blea and Marcus Jones gave us our first ducks (it's a Jeep thing) so that was a nice little touch. The whole crew at Hall Honda did a great job, especially Jason who was courteous, personable and professional throughout the whole process. He'll be the first person we go to for any vehicle purchases in the future! More
