I purchased a vehicle in June of 23. When I drove off the lot and turned the truck off it wouldn't start back up. I should of known then the truck was a lemon. Took the truck got and got a loaner (mind you the day I purchased the vehicle). Got the vehicle back and less than 2 weeks I had to bring the vehicle back in. They kept the truck for a week and said it was only the AC compressor that needed replacing. They replaced that however the AC still doesn't work properly. After I got the truck back the dash board went out, where the radio and backup camera is. I contacted Tony and he stated they would swap the truck out. I had to apply again even though a swap would just be bringing the truck back and replacing but they ran my credit again & gave me the run around for a good month before they said they couldn't help me. Tony even stated himself that it sounded like an alternator issue but never actually helped me or did anything that he said he would. He said he was waiting on vehicles to come in that was around the same price range just to find out nothing was really happening. Very dissatisfied with the entire process. More
