My fiancé and I had the worst experience purchasing our truck from this group. We negotiated with sales rep Sydney and manager Tyler Edwards and completed the paperwork with Papa Seck. They wanted us to dr truck from this group. We negotiated with sales rep Sydney and manager Tyler Edwards and completed the paperwork with Papa Seck. They wanted us to drive home that night with our new truck so they promised they would get us a 2nd pair of keys since there was only 1 originally with it. We reached out 2 months later on the phone to follow up about the keys to which they told us if we didn’t have paperwork to prove what they promised they would not help us. When we tried to reach out to multiple people, they continued to push us on the back burner and ignore our calls meanwhile Papa Seck is happy to send us marketing mailers every two weeks to sign up on their insurance to make a few more bucks off of us. I’d highly recommend staying away from this dealership. If they can’t follow up on their promised word who knows what else they will do to get a sale More
