Theresa wasn't warm, welcoming, or helpful. Theresa presented zero customer service skills during my interaction with her. I was there for rountine maintenance and an additional service issue. Theresa presented zero customer service skills during my interaction with her. I was there for rountine maintenance and an additional service issue. I told Theresa that I had warranties and she told me she could not look them up. She instead ran down prices and refused to give alternatives. In order to get the service taken care of a call had to be made to a business manager. Don was extremely helpful in retrieving the information needed to have the service started on the car. He also apologized for Theresa's behavior and for the experience with her. Thank you Don. After service was complete, Theresa didn't explained the findings with the car. Instead she asked was the text message recieved and read. I ended up speaking with her manager Louis who was empathetic to the issue the car is having and my encounter with Theresa. He heard my concerns and is working on a solution. Thank you Louis. Overall her unprofessionalism and lack of awareness has left me unpleased with service at tha location. More

I went over to check our a car I found online. LJ allowed me to test drive it and was extremely knowledgeable about the WRX.
