I literally drove 2+ hrs to visit Hall Honda b/c of the glowing reviews I had read about Sydney. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, responsive, and enjoyable. For example: 1. When I asked him if splash guards were mudflaps, he explained the difference and sent a picture of what the splash guards looked like on the car I was interested in buying. Continued to check in on me, made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process, and was incredibly responsive to every question I had. 2. He curated an EXCELLENT deal on a Civic Sport for me, taking into consideration my price range, and preferences. 3. He held my car at the dealership until I was able to make the journey down to get it. My car was detailed, gassed up, and ready to go when I got there. 4. When my husband and I told him we planned to get seafood afterward, Sydney recommended a place, pulled it up on his computer for us to review, checked the hours, and ensured we were out the door in time for dinner.
