Karl was with another customer so he asked another salesman, Marcellous Hyman to step in so I could test drive a vehicle. I'm telling you, they are all family. Again, I couldn't make a decision. I got a call from Fernando Morales, the sales manager the next day. Fernando said "Cyndi, I have the car for you"! He said "I just know this is what you are looking for in a car. I'm going to have Jah Hall pick you up in the car". He was right! Jah Hall, another salesman drove to my house and picked me up. I drove the Honda Civic Sport back to Hall Honda. Jah brought me some hot chocolate and completed the sale. I'm telling you, they are like family. It is clear Hall Honda values their customers time and ensures they get exactly what they need.
