I was a nervous wreck since I hadn't purchased a new car since 2008, Jeff put me at ease with his patience, attentiveness, communication, ability to read what I was thinking and answering me before I even asked the question, genuineness, kindness, etc. You can tell that Jeff loves what he's doing and that the customer is most important in his eyes which is extremely rare in this day and time. Jeff always got right back to me and followed up when I left numerous phone questions and requests. I'm so happy and grateful that I walked in Hall Honda that day to just sit in a Civic EX-L and now I'm driving one! Total experience was wonderful thanks to Jeff. And Jeff's Sales Manager Matt K. was awesome also and also deserves tons of kudos.
