Horrible Service We went in to buy a new Honda Civic on the night of the 30th and Carl Kollins was helping us. He was very polite and helpful. When we informed Honda that we were not going to use their financing. We then asked if they could come up with a bottom line out the door price. The salesman came back with a number that was barely less, and stated that was the bottom price they could go. So we agreed to the price, not knowing any different being a 1st time buyer. I then spoke with a friend and they said that Honda should be able to drop the price more and to bargain. So when they came back we let them know that we weren't sure about the price so the salesman left and Richard Barrera came back and said "what's up"? We let him know that we weren't sure about the price. He then stated "this is a really good deal"! We still hesitated and he then said we are done here and tore up the contract and walked away. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE REACTION I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A SALESPERSON!!!!!! I am active duty Navy and will make sure none of my friends do business with Hall Honda. More
