Steven Campo was fantastic! My mother purchased a new 2019 Honda CR-V at the beginning of January 2020. We have always liked Honda for the quality and value of their vehicles and My mother purchased a new 2019 Honda CR-V at the beginning of January 2020. We have always liked Honda for the quality and value of their vehicles and it was time to replace her 2002 Honda Accord. During her first trip to Hall Honda, she met with Steven Campo and said he was very helpful and patient in answering her questions. When I went back with her a short time later to look at one vehicle in particular, we called ahead and Steven had the car pulled up and waiting when we arrived. My dad had handle purchasing her previous vehicle so this was really her first time shopping for a car on her own and she was a little nervous about the process. We took the car for a test drive and then worked with Steven and the Finance manager about the details. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly and the entire buying experience was absolutely top notch. We could not be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend both Hall Honda and Steven Campo, in particular, for anyone in the market for a new Honda. The vehicle is fantastic but the service was exceptional. Within about a week of the purchase, my mom took advantage of the new vehicle orientation and met with Barb Howard to review the CR-V's features and become more comfortable with driving it. Barb really made my mom feel at ease and I was thrilled to see my mom's comfort level with her new vehicle increase so dramatically after the orientation.
