Awesome customer service Shareena Housey was amazing to work with. From our first interaction she was positive and very interested in helping me find the perfect car, while s Shareena Housey was amazing to work with. I live an hour and a half from the dealership so she sent me a video of the car that I wanted and spoke to me a few times on the phone. The day that I purchased my car she made buying a car and negotiating a trade in seamless. She took the time to go to bat for me to make sure I was getting the best deal. Shareena went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and completely satisfied. When I got home after my car purchase, I found some scratches on my car from when the armor protective coating was applied. Shareena immediately worked to make it right and actually drove a rental car to me at my job and then took my car to get the scratches taken care of. She came back the same day to return my car and it looked so much better. 6 hours of driving back and forth to me on her day off to make sure my car was fixed, and I was completely satisfied. That is amazing customer service!! Shareena goes above and beyond for her customers and was an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire car buying process. When it’s time for my husband to buy a new car we will be returning to Hall Honda and asking for Shareena again. More
