Shareena at Hall Honda is Great to Work With! Shareena Housey a is a great salesperson and went to great lengths to get a good deal for me at Hall Honda in Virginia Beach. She DID get me a great Shareena Housey a is a great salesperson and went to great lengths to get a good deal for me at Hall Honda in Virginia Beach. She DID get me a great deal but since I live several hours away, I ended up purchasing a Honda in my hometown, just for convenience's sake. However, if I lived in the beach area or close by, Shareena would be my “ car gal.” She sent me videos, photos, information and was always checking with her manager to get a better price. She works hard for her customers. I hope to stop by and meet her the next time I’m in Virginia Beach! More

Amazing and so patient and helpful I reached out to Shareena back in June but wasn't ready for a car but when I'm car was totaled out she was the first person I reached out to . Third time... became a charm Initially, I scheduled a service appointment for an electrical issue...allotting for 3 hours of waiting. After 1.5/2 hours, I was told they didn't ha Initially, I scheduled a service appointment for an electrical issue...allotting for 3 hours of waiting. After 1.5/2 hours, I was told they didn't have enough time to complete the work. I would need to bring the car back earlier in the day, the electrical update would take 1.5/2 hours. I arrived at 9am on a Saturday...allotting for a 2/2.5 hour wait time. After 2+ hours, I was informed they couldn't do the update because of a technical issue on Honda's end; please bring it back that Monday evening and a loaner car would be available. I called the service advisor to confirm the update was working and a loaner car would be available...no answer/left message. I called a second time before leaving work...no answer. Tuesday, I received a message that they were having phone issues on Monday...please call. Assured the update was working and a loaner car was available Tuesday evening, I arrived between 5:30/6 pm as planned. Service advisor had left for the day... without arranging for a loaner. ENTER HEATHER.... Once she was caught up to speed on the situation and my experiences thus far, she immediately went into SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MODE. She was completely understanding of the situation, she was entirely apologetic on behalf of Honda, and stated that my experience was unacceptable and they had failed in providing good service. I didn't have to argue or speak to any else... she immediately got it and worked to find a resolution. Her service technician was able to do the update, which took faster than expected. She kept me in the loop and agreed to fill my tank, after making 3 trips from Chesapeake and/or Norfolk to Hall (where I purchased my 2018 Honda CRV last year...a good experience). It was a small gesture, but sometimes its simple gestures and good, positive, helpful attitudes that regain a customer. Her customer service is the reason I would still recommend the service center. More

Great sales lady! Shareena Housey found us wondering in the car lot. The Honda we were looking for in the Sandstorm is very popular so we had drove a hour and half to Shareena Housey found us wondering in the car lot. The Honda we were looking for in the Sandstorm is very popular so we had drove a hour and half to look at one on the lot to only find out it was sold that morning. Shareena never gave up she got us to test drive another car and worked with us on the numbers. She is such awesome sales person that she sold us a car we had never laid eyes on. We made my trade and did the paperwork and Shareena stayed in touch with me and gave us a loaner car until they could pick ours up from another lot had it cleaned and brought right to me a hour and a half away. She then took the time to familiarize me with my new CRV and hook up the Bluetooth and show me other features. This is our second purchase from Hall Auto that has been a very pleasant experience.
